These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on Crown & Elegance Co, operated by Crown & Elegance Co.

By placing an order on this website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions of Sale.

2. Products

We sell hair products, including but not limited to virgin hair bundles, wigs, closures, frontals, and related beauty products.

Product descriptions, photos, lengths, colors, textures, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen display, natural hair differences, supplier updates, or manual measurements.

The customer is responsible for carefully checking product details before placing an order.


3. Prices

All prices are displayed in [EUR / your currency] and include or exclude taxes depending on the applicable tax status of Crown & Elegance Co.

Shipping fees, customs fees, duties, or any additional charges may be added at checkout where applicable.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. However, the price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.


4. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received and the customer receives an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information, payment issues, stock errors, supplier issues, or any other legitimate reason.

The customer must provide accurate billing, contact, and shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


5. Pre-Orders

Some items may be sold on a pre-order basis. This means the item is not available for immediate shipment at the time of purchase.

By placing a pre-order, the customer understands and accepts that the order will be processed and shipped only after the preparation and supplier processing period is complete.

Estimated pre-order processing time is 7–14 business days before shipping.

Pre-order delays may occur due to supplier availability, quality control, production, customs, carrier delays, or high-demand periods. We will do our best to keep customers informed in case of major delays.


6. Payment

Payment is required at the time of order.

Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Shopify Payments, or any other payment method displayed at checkout.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been fully received.


7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Processing time for pre-order items is usually 7-14 Business days before shipment. Delivery time begins only once the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive tracking information by email or message where available.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, customs, holidays, weather, or other events outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs authorities, incorrect addresses, or failed delivery attempts.

Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery responsibility belongs to the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, the customer must contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible by providing available tracking information.


8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by local authorities.


9. Right of Withdrawal

For eligible online purchases, customers may have a legal right to withdraw from their order within 14 calendar days from the day after receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

To exercise this right, the customer must contact us at Crowneleganceco@gmail.com within the legal withdrawal period.

Returned products must be unused, unopened, unworn, unwashed, unbrushed, uncut, uncolored, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, hair products that have been opened, worn, installed, brushed, washed, colored, cut, styled, or altered in any way cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Refunds will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet the return conditions.


10. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all products must remain in their original, unused condition to be eligible for return where applicable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that show signs of use, installation, washing, brushing, cutting, coloring, styling, damage, odor, or alteration.

If the customer receives the wrong item or a damaged item, they must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product, packaging, and order details.

After review, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.


11. Order Cancellations

Orders may not be cancelled once processing has started, especially for pre-order items or items prepared specifically for the customer.

If the customer wishes to request a cancellation, they must contact us as soon as possible at Crowneleganceco@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible.


12. Product Care

Hair products must be handled with proper care. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect maintenance, excessive heat, chemical treatments, coloring, bleaching, improper installation, or misuse.

Customers are encouraged to follow the care instructions provided on our website or with the product.


13. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or website.

Our responsibility is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product concerned, except where otherwise required by law.

We are not responsible for allergic reactions, installation issues, improper product use, or services performed by third-party hairstylists.


14. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, photos, videos, logos, graphics, product descriptions, branding, and design, belongs to Crown & Elegance co unless otherwise stated.

Any reproduction, copying, distribution, or unauthorized use of our content is strictly prohibited.


15. Personal Data

Customer personal data is collected and used for order processing, delivery, customer service, marketing communication where consent has been given, and legal obligations.

Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting us at Crowneleganceco@gmail.com.

Personal data is not sold to third parties.


16. Consumer Mediation

In the event of a dispute, the customer should first contact us at Crowneleganceco@gmail.com so we can try to find an amicable solution.

If no solution is found, the customer may have the right to contact a consumer mediation service, where applicable.

These Terms & Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of France, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts, subject to applicable consumer rights.
