Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed. Because our hair products may be available on a pre-order basis, please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be prepared before it is shipped.

Processing time does not include shipping time. Weekends, public holidays, and bank holidays are not counted as business days.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with your tracking information.

Pre-Order Items

Some items may be sold as pre-order items, meaning they are not available for immediate shipment at the time of purchase. By placing a pre-order, you agree and understand that your order will be shipped only after the processing period is complete.

Pre-order processing times may vary depending on supplier availability, quality checks, and shipping preparation. We always aim to send orders as quickly as possible, but delays may occasionally happen.

Shipping Times

After your order has been shipped, delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by delays outside of our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs delays, weather conditions, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

We will do our best to support you with any available tracking information, but the final responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier once the package has been shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Order Cancellations

Pre-order items cannot be cancelled once processing has started. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
